All of our products are from European Union purchase, each product has certificates that the issue can get in direct contact with foods, regarding to EU standards required.
Not all our goods are mentioned on our homepage and also not each one we keep on stock, it can happen that our client should wait, but in all cases we send an e-mail about estimated time of arrival and parter could decide would like to wait for it or not.
In our webshop our gross (incl.VAT) prices are indicated. You shouldn't registrate for seeing prices, but should make a registration in order to make an order.
All our orders we confirm and we inform our clients about shipping time.
We make shipping with GLS Hungary, they serve us also cash on delivery service. We guarantee the quality of the goods ex works our office, in order to avoid cases of any shipping problem, please keep your packing list, make remarks and complaints diretly at shipping.

Right of desistance is 14 days at our company, from taken of the goods. You should send us to the mentioned e-mail address your letter of desistance.
For complains you could do them personally, written, by e-mail or phone either. In case of written complaints we make a written answer in 5 days.
